Patriot Announces Torqx M28 SSDs With 128MB Cache

Patriot Memory has announced a new line-up of solid state drives, the Torqx M28 SSDs. Available in 128GB and 256GB storage capacities, these 2.5-inch drives boast a reading speed up to 220MB/s and a writing speed up to 200MB/s. The M28 drives also feature a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a 128MB of cache memory and a MTBF of over 1 million hours. The Torqx M28 SSDs will start shipping soon with a 10-year warranty. [TCMagazine]
